Exchange and Return Policy
How do I exchange my product?
You have 7 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange of your product. To do this, contact our Customer Service Center via WhatsApp +55 (51) 98425-6622 or by email at briolly@terra.com.br and simply inform your order number, the reason for the exchange and the desired product.
How do I return the product I want to exchange?
You must return the product in its original packaging and without indication of use, together with the invoice delivered with the order. Collection will necessarily take place at the same address where the order was delivered. The collection deadline will be informed by Briolly and there will be no additional cost for the first exchange.
The new product will only be sent after the returned item has been analyzed.
Products will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- without packaging;
- in open or damaged packaging;
- no invoice.
